Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return all unopened items purchased from PS Products LLC within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. In order to expedite your refund, please include your receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your financial statement .

 

Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  PS Products LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
